The restaurant is just north of Immokalee on 41, right before the Pewter Mug on the Cocohatchee River. "We’re taking Chinese to a new level...This restaurant has a very modern, urbane, sophisticated design and nature. Though the core of the menu is Chinese, we have a fantastic sushi chef who trained under true Japanese sushi chefs. He has created and manages our Japanese cuisine (mainly, sushi and some small cooked plates). Our kitchen chefs are all Chinese with tens of years of experience, so we can offer the best authentic dishes as well as those more suited to Western palates.
